Fields
The following fields are present on this tab :
Block number 1
| The analytical distribution keys are used to automatically distribute the line amount of a posting in financial accounting over several analytical lines according to the weighting factor and this done in a single entry. The analytical distribution key is composed of 1 to 10 alphanumeric characters. |
| Title of the allocation code (alphanumerical, on 30 characters). By default the short title, the long title or the column header of a data are recorded (on creation/update) in the connection language of the user.
A user who logs on with this language will view the short description, long description or column header in their connection language if a translation exists. Otherwise, these descriptions will be available in the folder language. The connection language must be defined as a default language for thefolder. |
| The short description replaces the standard description when display or print constraints require it.
Accessibility
| This access code is used to prohibit access to the analytical distribution key for certain users. |
| if this field is entered, then the analytical distribution key can only be used for this site. |
|   |
| These date define the period during which the analytical distribution key can be used. |

Grid Dimension types
| This field is used to enter or select any dimension view set up in the database. |
Grid Dimensions
| This coefficient is used to calculate the amount to be assigned to the dimension that are defined later. |
Indicate, axis by axis, the analytical dimension that will be assigned to the accounting posting. |

By default, the following reports are associated with this function :
LISDSP : Analytical allocation list
This can be changed using a different setup.
In addition to the generic error messages, the following messages can appear during the entry :
It is mandatory that this field be completed by the user.
The dimension has been set up with a limited access to the specified site. The "Selection" function should be used to look for another dimension or the "analytical dimensions" function, to directly access the analytical dimension setup.
The dimension has been set up as unable to be posted on entry. The "Selection" function should be used to look for a dimension that can be posted or the "analytical dimensions" function, to directly access the analytical dimension setup.
The entered dimension has been given a prohibit code that prevents it from being combined with one or more other dimensions of the key. The "Selection" function should be used to look for another dimension or the "analytical dimensions" function, to directly access the analytical dimension setup.
In the general parameters of the folder, it has been specified that the posting was mandatory on the dimension view concerned. The "Selection" function should be used to look for an existing code or the "analytical dimensions" function, to directly access the analytical dimension setup.
The calculation of the amount to be distributed is carried out using a rule of three. A control is carried out on the denominator (it must be different from zero). Therefore the coefficients need to be corrected.
This message can be displayed for instance if the validity end date is earlier than the validity start date.
